  This location is actually the "Friends" or "Quaker Cemetery". It's smaller than the Methodist Cemetery. It may have a couple dozen memorials, all of which are simple stone markers.
  
  The "Old Methodist Cemetery" is on the same street, but a little bit East. It's close to the Thoburn United.Methodist. Church, which owns and maintains it.
  
  This can be confirm by the genealogy section of the St. Clairsville public library.
